Some of you have asked for a way to purchase some of the photographs you see on PhotolisticLife and I’ve finally implemented a program that has been in the background of the site for a while now. You can hit the link above titled, you guessed it, Buy Prints to head over to a page where various galleries will begin to show up over time. Right now there are around 100 photographs for sale, some you’ve seen here on PhotolisticLife and some you’ve never seen before. All the photographs have been shot by myself.
My goal is to have the majority of photographs that I’ve shot and used here on PhotolisticLife available for you to purchase if you’d like. There will also be a fair amount of photographs you’ve not seen on this site that will be available for purchase so check back frequently.
How Will It Be Printed?
The photographs will be professionally printed on Satin Luster Paper by a company that specializes in Fine Art printing.
Satin Luster Paper
This high quality 11 mil 300g paper answers artist’s and photographers’ requests for a high quality paper between a matte and a gloss, with excellent ink retention characteristics and a color gamut that is second to none. This paper maintains a traditional E surface finish, providing an elegant texture consistent to that of a traditional dark room print.
You’ll also have the option of having the Satin Luster Paper affixed to Gatorboard.
Flush mounted (borderless) print on 3/16″ thick. Gatorboard is a light weight but favored alternative to foamcore. Known for its exceptional rigidity, surface quality and durability it is a popular choice for photographers as well as artists requiring a light weight yet solid mounting substrate. While it looks like foamcore, its polystyrene foam between an outer-lining is much stronger and does not bend or dent as easily.
What’s It Cost?
The prints you see for sale are not mass-produced and are sold nowhere else but on PhotolisticLife. I can have them printed on just about anything you’d like if you contact me before placing your order. I’ve printed on aluminum, glass, and just about every type of photo paper available
, I could also tattoo them on your back.
The largest dimension available of 20×30 is considered high-definition and renders beautifully. Anything larger than 20×30 can be special ordered but there are no image quality guarantee at that size.
